Your Ask !!
Why are interior costs so high compared to what I see on Instagram/Pinterest?
Because those images don’t show internal structure, hardware quality, or actual site conditions. What looks like ₹2 lakh online often becomes ₹5–7 lakh in real execution.
Why is plywood costing so much? Can’t we reduce it?
You can, but that directly affects durability. Cheap ply saves money today but leads to bending, swelling, and repairs within 2–3 years.
Why are you charging per sq.ft for carpentry?
Because actual work depends on surface area, not number of units. This ensures fair pricing based on material + labour, not guesswork.
Why don’t you give a lump sum package like other interior companies?
Because lump sum hides cost breakdown. We show material + labour separately so you know exactly where your money is going.
Can I buy materials myself to save money?
Yes, but coordination becomes your responsibility. Also, wrong material selection can increase total cost due to wastage or rework.
Why is MDF used if plywood is better?
MDF is used strategically where load is less to control cost. Using 100% ply everywhere is unnecessary and expensive.
Why is polishing/painting so costly? It looks simple.
Because surface preparation (putty, sanding, primer) takes most of the effort—not just the final coat you see.
Why does timeline increase sometimes?
Because real homes involve hidden issues—uneven walls, seepage, electrical problems—which only show during execution.
Why don’t you promise exact fixed timelines like big brands?
Because we prefer realistic timelines over false commitments. Quality execution cannot be rushed like factory production.
Why is design + execution margin included?
That covers planning, coordination, supervision, and accountability. Without it, execution becomes unstructured and risky.
Why do interiors look expensive even for small flats?
Because fixed costs (labour, transport, hardware, finishing) remain similar regardless of flat size.
